Gypsy Report May 2012 – Helping Where It is Needed Most
When one hears or sees the word “gyspy” most of us have a negative feeling. However in the attached story one can get a far more positive impression. A large gypsy camp in Loule asked for help, not only regarding the general well being of their animals, but foremost and above all: Sterilizing of their female dogs. It was a very busy 2 months, and we and our vet made many visits to the camp, and all in all it was a good feeling, that although not living the traditional life they still are a family, who cares for their animals as best as they are able, and want to make that care better – if they can just get a little help.
